Biography

Dale Dymkoski is among the top fitness trainers in Los Angeles and has used his skills, knowledge and expertise to create the Changing Bodies philosophy of fitness.  With nearly 15 years of personal training experience, Dale has created a highly efficient, easy to follow method of training to get the results everyone wants:  a leaner, stronger, more toned body.

Dale's fitness career began at the age of 10 when he picked up his older brother's weights and became instantly hooked on the "pump" he felt.  Dale starred in football and baseball and deepened his understanding of strength training under renowned strength coach Jerry Martin at the University of Connecticut.  In 1997, Dale earned his personal trainer certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and has since added the National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT to his accreditations.

At that time, Dale began training clients at Definitions in New York City under the tutelage of personal training pioneer Garry Steinhardt.  To expand his knowledge of the fitness industry, Dale began working at Equinox Fitness Clubs in 2003, quickly becoming one of the company's most sought after trainers.  As a personal challenge, he relocated to fitness-focused Los Angeles, bringing his training skills to actors, musicians, and dancers, as well as everyday people.

Dale is passionate about staying current and has continued to add to his knowledge by completing Equinox Fitness Training Institute's curriculum, as well as attending many seminars and workshops including those of fitness training icons Charles Polequin and Ken Hatfield.
