To Push Yourself vs Hurt Yourself

It's great to be back and blogging again.  I recently did a promotion with Gilt City and have taken on a bunch of new clients.  I love fresh blood!  I love training people I've never trained before because they are a blank slate and, if they choos...

Welcome to the New Website!

Finally, I welcome you to the new website!  Take a look around.  My plan is for this to be a continual "work in progress".  My blog updates will now appear here (no longer on blogspot) so please bookmark here.  It's been 6 months from the vision to the execution.  I learned A LOT about the working of the internet, web services and design.  Stuff I had no idea about.  It's fair to say I experienced what a newcomer to exercise must feel: overwhelmed and having serious doubts I could even finish what I started.

Should Post Workout Meal Vary on Cardio and Strength Days?

Thanks to all who posted questions for blog topics.  I was most intrigued by the question posed by my friend Michele:  "What should you eat for dinner after a cardio workout?  After a strength training workout?"  My initial reaction and hunch w...
